A deposit of $200 will be collected on bus and limousine trips. Deposit is non-refundable if cancelled less than 45 days prior.
Advance Billing
Bus and limousine trips will be billed in full 10 days prior to pickup date.
Refunds will only be issued if the cancellation is made at least 14 days for limousines and 45 days for buses.
Damage to Vehicles
Client is responsible for any damage they cause to vehicles. The full cost of repair will be charged to client’s credit card. A fee of $200 will be charged for excessive messes caused in the vehicle by client.

Supreme Limousine is not liable for circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to: inclement weather, road conditions, and breakdowns. Supreme Limousine assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings or any items left in vehicles. Supreme Limousine does not provide child safety seats. Parents and guardians of children traveling in our vehicles are responsible for providing and installing child safety seats in accordance with state and federal laws.

In the event of a breakdown or mechanical failure, we reserve the right to substitute a comparable vehicle.

Our chauffeurs will provide an extra layer of supervision when we transport minors to Proms, etc. Alcohol is NEVER allowed in the vehicle for under-age events and all occupants are supervised at all times when inside the vehicle.

We want our clients to have a good time, but we also want everyone to make it home safely and we want to be courteous to other drivers on the road. Our drivers will maintain control of the vehicle and its occupants at all times and will take appropriate action if they witness a dangerous situation. Additionally, we NEVER allow the partitions in vehicles to be raised. This ensures that our drivers can monitor guests at all times while they are inside our vehicles.
